We conducted one interview with a business owner to find out what kind of problems they may face, which we then turned into empathy maps to better understand the target user and their needs. We discovered that many target users need to know about their request all process, conditions, eligibility, required documents and fees in case they are browsing the homepage to submit a request.

We’ve tried to complete individual task, so we’ve done before at other Emirate in UAE, Also we’ve conducted one interview with a business owner to find out what kind of problems they may face, which we then turned into empathy maps to better understand the target user and their needs. we discovered that many target users need to know about their request all process, conditions, eligibility, required documents and fees in case they are browsing the homepage to submit a request. However, many municipality websites have cluttered designs, inefficient systems for requests through websites, which frustrated many target users. This caused a normally enjoyable experience to become challenging for them, defeating the purpose of usability.
